481% record growth in new residential launches in Hyderabad
The launches in Hyderabad jumped to a massive 481% in Q4 2020. The residential market stood at 8404 home units in H2 2020 and 12826 in 2020. Residential home sales stood at 5260 units in H2 2020. There has also been a growth in the affordability of the housing segment in the market.
Festive season, relatively low home-loan interest rates over the decades, decreased residential prices have supported an increase of 127% in sales. The situation that was deteriorated by the pandemic has been reviving really well as Hyderabad is recognized among the most affordable metropolitan cities. This is also a result of enough focus being laid on infrastructure development during the lockdown.
