IT firms in Hyderabad eyeing RTO by mid-2021
Courtesy of the relieving news of the vaccine and ease in the mindset of people towards Covid- 19, the major IT firms in Hyderabad are eager to have considerable employees returning to the office (RTO) soon.
According to a survey, more than 50% of companies have similar views. Though the same survey previously showed that about 50% of companies were looking at work from home, the scenario seems to have shifted gears now.
The percentage of workforce returning to the office would vary depending upon the size of the company and there is also some uncertainty regarding the plan of action to be adopted for the same.
